Personal Training and Small Group Exercise Classes
Whether fitness is part of your current routine, or you are just starting out, having the support and accountability in your journey helps to lay the groundwork for success.
Our personal fitness and small group services are tailored to your goals, with realistic expectations and progressions over time. Session times vary by 30, 45, and 60 minutes.
Our lifestyle coaching is a perfect complement to our personal training/small group exercise classes, and/or it can be a wonderful start to your wellness journey
Unlike traditional coaching programs, we look at YOU, as the individual. There is no set plan or “one size fits all.” No “plug and play” or cookie cutter models. It’s about planning realistic and sustainable goals that will give you the tools and resources to set you up for success and implement effortlessly (and FOREVER)!
