Designed from a functional approach, and exclusive to 2 Health Nuts, our signature “Fitness Collection” offers a vast selection of programs that range from body weight specific to the latest training modalities, and even some tried and true classics.

With over 20+ classes from which to choose, our programs can be leveled and designed to accommodate ALL fitness levels, and provide participants with a safe, FUN, and results-driven environment. Class times, and session lengths vary.

Here is a peek at some of our, current, signature class offerings include:

  • ABSolute Fitness: A new approach to training your CORE! In this 30-minute ONLY class, participant’s will work their core from a non-traditional approach – functionally! This class will have participant’s becoming aware and engaged while recruiting all muscles of the anterior and posterior abdominals through squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, and so much more! You will not look at abdominal work the same way again!
  • Metabolic Mania: Full body, modality driven class that blends various concepts and exercise combinations to exhaust the cardiovascular system and hit all the major muscle groups.
  • H.I.I.T.-2-FIT: This 30-minute class will challenge your energy system by placing your body in a higher state of performance. High Intensity Interval Training (known as H.I.I.T.) is defined as “short bursts of activity followed by even shorter rest periods.” They will call on the body to work on all cylinders to get the job done! As your heart rate increases, your body will be put in the optimal training zone to help burn fat and build strength. Over time, you will see an increase in work rate, improved body composition, and an overall sense of accomplishment.
  • Walk-2-Werk: A 6 week “DIY” progressive AUDIO walking program that is FIT for all ages and fitness levels. With 18 workouts to be completed over the course of the program, participants will be guided on a FIT adventure that will be leveled in intensity, and range in duration from 20-60 minutes. Workouts are provided on a weekly basis, and uploaded through our teaching platform, Teachable. Updates on NEW WORKOUTS are sent via our text messaging platform too!

If you are interested in learning more, a full list of classes and program can be provided! Generally, our class sessions run from 4-6 weeks, with 1 or 2 days per week bring offered. Our programs are designed for 6-12 weeks, with a varying number of days per week already set.
